Michael - That would be FANTASTIC to just 'run into' Eric Burdon!  If it ever happens (and you keep your wits), tell him I said Hi.  Haha! 

Wow - you must be very proud of your son's accomplishment...

That is so cool that this younger generation (your son) appreciates EB almost as much as our generation.

I have been a fan of the Animals, and Eric in particular, since the 60's, when they first came over.  I recently took my boys to see them/him in Palm Desert. Eric lives not too far from me and I keep hoping I'll run into him.  My 16 year old rock guitarist boy [who won Battle of the Bands with his drummer chum at Yucca Valley High School] loves his stuff.
