My 13th year old daughter Brittany was in her Guitar Class last week and the teacher

play "the House of the Rising Sun " for them... Brittany fell in love with the song...

She ask the teacher for the chords, she wants to play it.

She came back home that day singing the song, I was amazed and so happy that she loves

Eric's songs as much as I do.

I went on youtube and made her listen to it, and put my favorite one " Monterey ".

looking for a copy of the live 1975 version of don't let me be misunderstood. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. One of the best albums in my collections went thru two albums and now have on cd.

Everyone seemed to really enjoy the intensity of the rock and blues numbers performed by Eric and the Animals last night (11/7/2010) at the McCallum Theatre. Eric was awesome and all the band members are extraordinary musicians. Well done.

Saw Eric a year and a half ago at Spotlight 29 and thought that was very good but this performance was by far better. So much soul!
