I watched the interview in Montreal where Eric says that he would like to do a tour with all new material but... I would be thrilled to attend (and am guessing throngs of us would). The "anthems" were great in the 60's and are great today but Mr. Burdon is a unique talent where he is more than capable of a diverse range of genres. As an avid concert goer, of course I've seen many performers who are shadows of their former greatness, not so with Eric---his voice and stage presence are better… Continue

Eric would like to extend his gratitude to all of the fans that came out to rainy Lincoln City, Oregon and to the Navarro General Store show this weekend. Everyone in the band had a great time and we hope that the fans did as well.
We'll be heading to the east coast next month for shows in New York, Connecticut, Virginia and maybe a few other cities and states.
We hope to see you all there!

I saw the most amazing rock show last night -- Eric Burdon and the Animals outdoors under the redwoods in Navarro CA. I was standing by the gate when Mr. Burdon walked in and as he passed I told him "Thanks for coming Mr. Burdon, you're a hero." He just nodded slowly, like Yoda, or rather like an overfed, long-haired (not so long anymore) leaping gnome. Then The Animals kicked it open and he tore up the place! That man can roar! When they tore into Boom Boom Boom they had everybody shakin' it… Continue

This could be lengthy! We have just returned home from Lincoln City Oregon for two nights of Eric's performances. Don't know where to start......
His voice is still amazing. In our humble opinion, the two slow paced songs, Ray Charles & the dream about the White House, the strength of his voice resonated inside your chest! Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood brought tears to my eyes (Deb) as it is so honest and hits home. On Friday night when we were in the second row, I (Deb) got to do… Continue

well, what can I tell ya? Couldn't make it earlier... *laugh* the gig was great! (as usual)
For the very first time my 13 yr. old son was joining me on an EB gig!
He loved it... and he was telling me, that he agrees with me big time... even better:Everything you pictured in your book is more than right!
I really think that he's hooked by now! *laugh*
Just a little visibly disappointed that there was no… Continue

Eric and the band were simply outstanding in Munich. A huge thank you for giving everyone such a abrilliant evening. What a way to end the European tour! The reaction from the fans was even better than for the Homecoming gig in Newcastle. Very well worth the trip from London. I am already looking forward to next year. Anyone who has any photos, please post them!

Saw Eric Burdon on Wednesday at the sold-out show in Aschaffenburg and the concert was really mindblowing! We enjoyed every second of it! Especially I loved the "new" song Nobody wants you (When you're down and out) and hope this song makes it to the next album! Can't wait for that one to be released! A big Thank you for this wonderfull evening goes to Eric and the whole band! Also it was very nice to meet Carole (Tigger) (who came from Scotland to this gig!!!) in person after posting and… Continue

I saw Eric Burdon last Saturday in Hamburg. It was phantastic. His voice was better than ever. I hope, he will come again to Hamburg. I liked very much the song "We gotta get out of this place", which I didn't know before.
I really enjoyed his show. May be it stopped my midlife-crisis....
And you are still looking sexy!

Drove an 800 mile round trip from Berlin via Hamburg, to pick up a certain young lady who didn't show up.
The Golf GTI did the business and on Sunday evening, playing to a packed house, yer man did as well!
Great show, guys!
However, if I might be so bold as to point out that even the lass who sold me the tickets, prior to departure, said,
"How come they're not playing Berlin?"
"Good question!", I replied.
So come on guys 'n' gals, let me show you the… Continue
