I really don't understand why people take photos from other peoples "WELL DOCUMENTED" websites and publish them without the right captions ??????

This photo is indeed from the Speakeasy in London, 22.12.1967.

The shot has been taken at Speakeasy (London) in 1967. We never saw that shot before...

The photo presumably must have been taken in Germany. The newspaper in front says "KÖNIG AUF DER FLUCHT" ("KING ON THE RUN"). I thought that by using that headline it shouldn't be to hard to find out where and when the photo was taken but it seems I was wrong. I've searched the web but I have still no clue who the "king" is. It might as well be a play on words with "König" being a surname...
